The website presents our engineering consultancy, tools, demonstration videos and export products. Information is provided in good faith for general information and may change without notice.
3. Engineering tools, videos and technical content
Calculators, simulators, generators, reports, drawings, demonstration videos and technical articles are provided for illustration, training and preliminary evaluation. Sample data shown in demonstrations is for demonstration only. Results depend on the inputs and assumptions used and must be checked by a qualified engineer against the relevant standards, manufacturer data and site conditions before they are used for design, procurement, construction, safety-critical decisions or client submittals. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of performance, cost or schedule.
4. Licences for tools
Unless a written licence or agreement says otherwise, access to a demonstration or tool does not transfer ownership of it. Tools may be used only under the licence terms agreed with us in writing. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer or remove ownership notices from our tools.

The text, designs, logos, images, videos, software and other content on this website belong to Merchentus India or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, introduce harmful code, copy content by automated means in a way that burdens the site, or use the website for any unlawful purpose.
